Qingyuan Mountain School Youth Voluntary Tour

Purpose： Through arranging Hong Kong youths to visit and serve China mountain school students, they are able to have better knowledge and understanding of the situation in China. And through mingling with the other youths from Mainland China and students from Alganta College, they are able to learn from each other, and share their different culture..

 

 

First Step： Young Philanthropists Training

 

 

Enroll 30 12-25 years old high school and university students to receive training before the tour, so they are better equipped to apply what they have learnt to serve the children.

THE HOUSE OF LEARNING LEADERSHIP VOLUNTEERING TEAM ( RECRUITING)

House of Learning provides services for those underachieved and underprivileged children and their families in Hong Kong. We also hope that we can serve those children, orphans and families who especially live in rural and outlying areas in China. Through organizing a strong and continual volunteering team, we wish we can contribute more to the society by having regular training and having regular services. We truly desire to have a group of kind hearted people who are willing to spend their time and their talents to serve. By joining the volunteering team, you may also become a part of our committee to work on some current projects. It is our goal to train every person to be a leader.

 

It would be better if you have the talents below:

Composition, teaching children, marketing skill, translation, designing website, public affairs…

 

Training: around two trainings per months. Training includes the right attitude of a volunteer, the characteristics of a philanthropist, psychological therapies, theatrical therapies, neuroscience… 80% attendance can receive a certificate.
